How to permanently delete your Carea account

You can delete your Carea account and all the associated data by completing the following 3 easy steps:

1) Go to My Account in the Carea App

2) Scroll all the way to the bottom and select Delete Account

3) Type in the word ‘delete’ followed by clicking on the ‘confirm’ button

Upon deletion of your account, all your data will be deleted within 30 days. Please reference our privacy policy for more details on our data retention policies.

Please note that once deleted, it will not be possible to recover your account.
