Founder StoryWhy Carea exists
A personal journey that inspired a new kind of support for women.
When I finally became pregnant after fertility treatments and pregnancy loss, I felt overwhelmed by anxiety. Every moment felt fragile. Every symptom felt scary. Talking to other women who had been through the same journey changed everything.
I realised that pregnancy is rarely the perfect, glowing moment we're shown. Joy and fear often exist together. That's why I created Carea, a space where women feel understood, supported, and never alone.
